Belatedly releasing 1.0.1 with seconds macro bugfix.

Bumping to 1.0.2.  This release contains the addition of file filtering by
extension (*.tif, *.tiff), and also a fix for the non-standard location
of xtiffio.h on Ubuntu (and maybe debian).
