A decompiler.  This isn't complete yet, but it satisfactorily
decompiles Linux ELF32/64 binaries as well as MS PE files (Windows
.exe/.scr files) on the Intel IA-32 (x86). Beta support for MS NE (New
Executable - Win16 .exe).
